[Bug]: storage folder created in default location after changing

Bug description

after changing the default storage location (~/Documents/Publii/sites on linux) Publii fails to delete the old folder and manually deleting it results in the user being asked to create a website again

suggest that user should be prompted for the storage location on the first start

Steps to reproduce

1. change storage location
2. exit publii
3. delete original folder
4. restart publii
