[Feature Request]: scroll to position when switching to code (wysiwyg) #1264

Feature Description

when switching to code view (wysiwyg), the text should scroll to the same position as in the normal view

similarly, when text is selected in the visual editor that text should be scrolled into view and remain highlighted in the code view
