[Bug]: erroneous post save warning #1285

Bug description

erroneous "you will lose all unsaved changes" warning when no changes are made to a post upon returning to the post list

Steps to reproduce

  1. create test post with "test" as the text
  2. save post and return to post list
  3. click the post in the list to edit it
  4. ctrl+f to find "text"
  5. dismiss the find dialog
  6. return to the post list

this bug is not always reproducible

This also happens after mere highlighting text without changing anything.
