[Feature Request]: Include plugins in backup/restore #1520

Feature Description

I recently moved to a new computer and restored my Publii site from a backup. I use the Disqus plugin, which did not get restored. When I went to generate a preview I got a template render error, and going through the log saw some errors related to Disqus. After I downloaded and installed the Disqus plugin, which solved the issue.

Is it possible for plugins to be included in the backups so that a "restore" can restore the complete website?

I had the same issue once - a missing plugin throwing an error. A reinstall option would be handy. Should be easy at least for free plugins (re-download and re-install).
