Add --type command-line option #60

The --type option causes academic to explicitly set the type in each publication's front matter to "publication". This is useful when publications are to exist in directories other than the publication directory.

Thanks, let's just add the type by default (and remove the proposed arg for it) to make it even easier and more flexible for everyone.
