A common problem we are facing when handling Payment queries is finding the correct POCs on the buyer side. A lot of the time emails and phone calls are going out to individuals that don't handle payment queries. To improve our data accuracy we need to collect this data from buyers during onboarding and within the settings page.
Market tea will need to handle the App side.
CSE will need to handle the data side so we can store this.
