Toggle in Settings that filters all gambling apps #473

I think that there should be a set of checkboxes inside of Settings which users can filter which dapp categories they want to see. Many users have complained about seeing Gambling dapps at all within their wallet.

Something like this:

This should filter dashboard too, and not just the Scatter Dapps Explorer.
