Re-order or favorite accounts for the quick selector #503

Problem

When you have many accounts and want to switch between two more common ones for example then it is too tedious even with the new quick selector having to scroll to that account.

Related issue that has been already decently addressed by the new quick selector: Too cumbersome to switch accounts in Scatter 12.1

Suggestion

Allow re-ordering accounts manually or at least mark some as favorites that get pulled to the top or are made otherwise more quickly accessible.

Update: The new account selector of Simple UI 1.0.11 is already much better than before. But I still have trouble super quickly finding my favorite accounts.

It would be awesome if the list could be manipulated by either dragging accounts into order of preference, or by marking them as favorite (with a star) to pull them to the top.
