We're currently discussing the roadmap for 0.2.0 So far we're thinking about:

[x] OPML import
[x] Listen to changes to feeds in realtime
[x] Link to comments on HNews, PH, Reddit etc.
[x] Improving RSS scraping performance
[x] Stats on which feeds are failing when users add them
[x] Docker

What else should be part of 0.2.0?

Future releases:

Social auth (Facebook/Google)
Expand the number of topics
Weekly emails
Suggestions for feeds to follow

Would feedback on each feed item, after you return to the app, be a useful input to the personalization engine? Like "More of this", "Less of this" buttons?

Yes right now we only track impressions, click and selecting a specific feed (indicates you like to read the feed you've selected). An up or down vote is more explicit.

Explicit feedback would be great. That would be especially important if the app includes a full-content view because then you might not actually leave the app to read the article.
