Suggestion: Allow Offline Use #654

I think it would be great if the desktop app would store/cache rss feeds that you are following onto the PC. So that we may still read those feeds if we are offline. And then when it gets connected to the internet it will sync up with the aws and update with new stories and delete the ones that have been deleted from the client.

Also, I don't want to use this with an account. I will not use this app until there is an anonymous option, and NO tracking and phoning home.
