OPML misspelled in New menu #672

Description

OPML is misspelled (as OMPL) when choosing the New option.

Steps to Reproduce

Click "New" in the nav bar on any page.
OPML is misspelled.

Expected behavior: Correct spelling

Actual behavior: Incorrect spelling

Reproduces how often: 100%
