Update packages #297

updated packages: getstream, typescript, tslib and react-file-utils
got rid of node-sass and replaced it with faster dart-sass (rollup.config.js)
~added @rollup/plugin-image for resolving .png images imported with react-file-utils~
fixed affected files accordingly

@arnautov-anton @DanC5 let's get rid of the @rollup/plugin-image in the react-file-utils and replace possible images with simple SVGs as react components
