Angular 17 support #515

Request to add official support for Angular 17. It seems to be fully compatible already in our internal testing. The only bother is needing to do npm install --force to get stream-chat-angular to work with it.

Thank you for your request. We fully intend supporting Angular17, but haven't yet had the time to test. You'll be notified via this issue once it's done.
