spaceBetweenActions not working #1874

What version are you using?

7.0.2

What happened?

The spaceBetweenActions is not changing when one is set. It looks like the code was never set to handle it and is still hard coded.

Steps to reproduce

set spaceBetweenActions: 1.0,
run the app and nothing will change.
