Users from my app asking for ability to see who already seen a message in group chat and who not

I want a way to review who already seen the message and who not

By clicking on the seen counter app can open this list

Additional context

I have found that iOS client can show at least avatars of users who already saw this message link to docs but I can't find anything like this for Flutter
