[🐛] Bug Report Title - Notification for chat is not working on Android #2109

Hey Team,

We have followed all the steps mention here https://getstream.io/chat/docs/sdk/reactnative/guides/push-notifications-v2/

but we are not able to receive chat message notifications when the user is moving from the chat screen to another screen. All other notifications are coming into the application only chat related notification is not working.

The following is the version of React Native and Stream SDK we are using

"react-native": "0.70.3", "stream-chat-react-native": "^5.11.2",
