bug: Audio Recording Timer Stuck at 00:00 on Mobile Devices #2452

Describe the bug When recording an audio message on mobile devices, the timer does not increment and stays at 00:00.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the chat interface on a mobile device.
  2. Click on the audio message button to start recording.
  3. Observe the timer while recording.
  4. See the timer stuck at 00:00.

Expected behavior The timer should increment properly, displaying the recording duration.

Device: iPhone 12 pro OS: iOS 17.5.1 Browser Safari Version latest

Additional context This issue occurs only on mobile devices and tablets and not on desktops.
