Add more meaningful conversation text #4

Current text is too random, maybe we can find some more meaningful conversation data and use it?

@b-onc yeah definitely. So right now I am using this list of messages - https://github.com/GetStream/stream-chat-test-data-cli/blob/master/bin/utils/index.js#L113

Let me see if I can find some meaningful conversation or if I can download some chat transcript from slack
