Upgrades to Sentry v8 for egress-composite and react-dogfood. As part of this process, a few more dependencies were upgraded too (gleap, next, and source-map-loader).
Adds captureConsoleIntegration() to the default setup - this should report all console logs to Sentry and allow us to debug issues more efficiently.
