Sass docs generation no longer works

Nucleus creator says project isn't dead; they are just struggling with supporting current version and building new version.

Sass docs are really useless in the current state. We should remove sass docs and create our own manually or move to another generator.

Originally this was the best looking one, but due to the inactivity of Nucleus there may be another front-runner.
