Add workflow for changing a location to "online" #277

Trying to change a meeting to online, but unfortunately the current workflow requires an actual physical location to change a location.

A few options for this workflow:

1) Create a type for a location between physical and online 2) Add the ability to delete a current location

Having "online" meetings is something other than "GetTogethers nearby" as anyone in the world can join online meetings (there is no distance filter) and anyone can RSVP (always plenty of chairs) and they can even be recorded beforehand.

My personal opinion is that online meetings should not mix up with meetings that take place at a certain location and do not belong at GetTogether.community. But I'm of course interested in opinions from others about this.

Maybe give them a seperate stage within GT Leave online meetings out of GT altogether or Make a spin-off like f.e. 'ChatTogether.community' or Not show them in GT search results but do show them to members of the GT group when they view the team page?

Reason I'm asking for this change is because we've had several instances where a meeting has moved to online (inclement weather, location closed, recent events).

I'd still like them to show up in the search results, but yeah, not having a location will make them not show up on the map.

What I don't want to happen is for folks who think that we're meeting at the location to head to the location.

Meetup has figured out how to make an online event. Perhaps we could use something like group location to show this on the map?

@annetdeboer Annet de Boer The reason to integrate Online Meetings in GT is that communities of people already exist on GT. If this was a separate facility with 99% identical functionality (only one line, the location is different) it would be hard to get everybody to move over for a few months, before they'd all have to move back to GT again after Covid. You'd lose many members.
