Display timezone for Profiles and Events when creating, editing and viewing them #324

Short version: It would help to show the timezone next to date and times when creating and viewing events.

Long version:

I live in Central (Alabama) but host meetups located in Eastern (Chattanooga, TN)

When I create a Get Together, it's not clear to me what time zone is being used. I'm guessing from my profile?

On the "Host a Get Together" page I'm entering:

On the "Choose your meeting place" page I'm entering:

The even details page then shows:

I'm also just noticing now that in my profile even though I entered my city as "Fort Payne, AL" when setting up my account my timezone is set to UTC. This probably accounts for why my original event had the wrong time by 4 hours. I don't remember being asked for my timezone during account creation...
