Native eth curve convex #17

Accidentally used my forked repo but should be ok.

  1. CurveConvexStrategy compatible with native eth pools with fixes in withdraw

  2. CurveFraxConvexStrategy compatible with Frax Finance. (This one is still testing live).

  3. CurveConvexStrategy that works with the newest vote executor with liquidity direction.

Tests for CurveFraxConvexStrategy seems to have an issue with rewards accumulation in the fork. Therefore we are testing this before putting it to produciton.
