Improving README.md #51

I noticed you had to clear your drush caches to run the commands, so I figured I'd add to the README.

Also added a mention of NFS as a prerequisite for us linux users.

Thanks. I'm actually planning on removing most of the docs in the repo, and instead moving to https://github.com/GetValkyrie/valkyrie-docs. This is the source of http://docs.getvalkyrie.com.

The idea behind the separate repo is that we can have a much broader team of contributors (to which, I just sent you an invitation, btw). We can then include it back as a submodule.
