Remove vagrant-triggers and vagrant-dns dependencies #74

The plugins vagrant-triggers and vagrant-dns aren't needed anymore since OS X fixed mdns in 10.10.4. This subsequently fixes issues with vagrant-dns and Virtualbox 5 and other issues. Fixes #73 and #69 and #63 and #42.
