Support for Optimizely 12 #9

I've forked and ported the plugin to Optimizely 12 https://github.com/ellinge/Optimizely.IndexContentInFind

Here's a screenshot from the currently lastest versions of Optimizely/Search & Navigation image

You can check out the repo and push it to an empty new repo after changing the origin like this: git remote set-url origin https://github.com/Geta/geta-optimizely-indexcontentinfind.git

We also have an additional feature which now is possible from the gui in find but the client wanted in their solution either way: https://github.com/ellinge/Optimizely.IndexContentInFind/pull/1
