Feature Request- Import/Export of Regex Redirects #90

A small feature request that might already be included in the final (non-beta) release of the Regex redirects function, but thought to suggest anyway.

The ability to import and export Regex Redirects. This could be achieved by either:
- adding a flag/parameter in the main XML file import, or
- by conducting a separate import via the Administer Pane
