Image vs Hotspots dimensions #3

First of all, thank you for the feature! I am trying to create the hotspots for a picture (dimension of the picture: 830x443). if I check (in Visual studion in debug) the dimensions of the enlarged rectangle, which I set in the CMS to be almost as big as the picture itself I can see that the dimension are not even close to the dimensions of the picture (hotspots dimensions: 90x90). Am I doing something wrong?

Also I can see that hotspot values are not really coordinates because there is no bottom-right coordinate, but of course I am counting those as "top+height" and "left+width".

For others: dimensions are actually given in percentages and not in pixels
