Now the Metamask prompt won't be so scary - looks like Loan deployment on mainnet will be below USD$1 at the current rate.

I also update web3-typescript-bindings to get a version with a properly typified .new and .getData.

As per the out-of-band discussion, I'm switching over to static gas increases, as we were both unable to debug this issue.
