Update for SDK 12.1 #1

I know this is pretty ancient, but I am trying to use this to build gmp and nettle for ios 12. I have solved many of the problems, but I'm stuck on the arm build. All of the type files require a definition for either arm or arm64. All versions of clang that I can find predefine that macro, so I'm at a loss. I am more than willing to help update this script.

Hey Steve, Good to hear that script is useful to you. Unfortunately I don't have environment to run and compile those scripts. I you pass those problem feel free to pull request them
