1. Lets go through step by step how they currently do the process.

   • what data on each item is kept track of (i.e. item type - color - age - ect.)
   • ask for one of the papers they use....check for any more questions.

2. About how much time each step takes/or overall time?

3. How many people are involved in the process?

4. How often are mistakes made?

5. ask if they would be interested in such a solution

6. ask if they have any input as to what may or may not help them.
