On the home page inside the side nav banner, add in a button that will locate directly to the newsletter page, This is another shortcut of getting there and makes it better and easier to move around the page and to and from other pages

Added in a version of local code for stage 1.8

Added into stage for testing giving a link in the side nav to go to the newsletter page, Testing and see from outside view to see if going into live or not
