[BUG] Big delay #4

I have the problem,that the live traffic is there but he doesn´t moves.He is teleporting every 5-10 seconds.

Enhanced Live Traffiv Version 2.3

Sadly this is a known bug, and I can't fix it because the sim is lacking functionality :(
