Crashed everytime, help! #38

The video is a youtube video I downloaded with the online tools. Any video crashes. Original video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pCeYZ7eaeIw

Hi, Thanks for your report. Have you tried redownloading WinWhisper or removing the models folder? Maybe the Whisper model is corrupt. Any chance you are from China? Or can you access https://huggingface.co/ Because that is where it downloads the models from. If you can't access that site we have to find a way around that blockade.

I use a VPN software to download the Base model's bin file which is not very big. And I manually download the bin file with a download tool which is quite fast from here: https://huggingface.co/ggerganov/whisper.cpp/tree/main

Indeed. The first download failed without the VPN. I will reunzip the WinWhisper to make sure everything is good.

Ah okay, yeah that should be fine. Make sure you download the base model or which you select in the WinWhisper app from there and put it into the models folder

I think because the first download failed, it created a corrupt file. I will implement a fix for that

I unzip a new portable WinWhisper, activate my VPN, and use the TINY model which is the smallest one. And it crashed. It says "Downloaded models". The error texts seems different. It takes a long time to download the model bin file. I backup the bin file. Is there any other file WinWhisper download other than the bin files in the current/Models/ folder? Screenshot2
