Describe the bug

The particles from a phantom cause bedrock users to get large amounts of lag

To Reproduce

Spawn a phantom

Expected behaviour

Should spawn particles correctly

@hihihih565 I believe the issue is not with phantoms, but phantom spawners. Could you see if this resource pack solves your issue? GeyserOptionalPack.zip

Had the same issue on my server, I can confirm this pack fixes it.
