Describe the bug

Signs that have have been dyed with glow ink sac do not glow in Bedrock Edition.

To Reproduce

1) Go to a geyser server. 2) Get and place a sign. (any type) 3) Make it glow using ink sacs and you will see it does not work.

Expected behaviour

The signs should glow.

vanilla java and vanilla bedrock both have the exact same behaviour when it comes to applying the glowing inc sac... there must be some sort of client vs server difference that causes this nbt change i think
