Worldguard ghostblocks #4739

Describe the bug

Certain blocks don't disapear after gettings placed

To Reproduce

Install papermc 1.20.6, as plugin download geysermc, floodgate, worldguard and set the block-place on false in the global worldguard regions

Expected behaviour

blocks dont gets updated

Able to reproduce, albeit not as frequently as shown in the video here. Marking as confirmed.

Hey, could you try and reproduce it in the latest build? I can no longer reproduce this issue with build 622.

Hello, so I tried to reproduce the glitch and yes it still works on the lastest version (papermc, 1.21 and geysermc on the lastest build)
