They could put enchanted book on the anvil.

i got floodgate and geyser on bungeecord, on my spigot servers i only got floodgate. Where can i get the geyser dump from?

Just run geyser dump in the proxy server console

You're running 19 builds behind, please try updating. Further, please test whether a 1.21 Java client is able to use the anvil in this scenario.

i updated the geyser but still having the same issue, and tried to use anvil with 1.21 java client, i can use it.

I'm using older version of Geyser 2.3.1 for MC 1.20. It is confirmed I can't use Anvil with custom enchantment book. I'm using EcoEnchants.

I just tested it on Minecraft version 1.21.31 and the latest version of Geyser and it worked for me.
