Bedrock players not able to see ominous potion levels #5153

Describe the bug

Bedrock players are unable to see the levels for ominous potions. tested with other potions and the issue is just isolated to the ominous potions.

To Reproduce

  1. obtain ominous potions
  2. attempt to see level of ominous potion on bedrock
  3. fail to see level

Expected behaviour

should be able to differentiate between levels of potions
