Display entities support #41

Maybe you could add the display entities of the 1.19.4 to this pack?

Here's what I wrote in regard to these in our announcement of 1.19.4 support:

On new display/technical entities: Currently none of the new display entities are mapped. Text entities: do not expect this to work well with Bedrock. We will map these entities the best we can, but they will very likely end up looking like pre-1.19.4 holograms. Interaction entities: we foresee no problems with these entities once they are supported. Block/item entities: while we probably can't support every aspect of these entities, we are relatively confident we can support many of their properties. Geyser may force a resource pack in the future (think GeyserOptionalPack+) to accommodate these entities.
