So far, we have a home-grown pattern for SpecIF identifiers. Consider to use 'uuid' as defined in JSON Schema ("A Universally Unique Identifier as defined by RFC 4122.")
Currently there is no potential issue when using ReqIF identifiers in SpecIF and vice-versa. Check whether this is still the case when SpecIF uses 'uuid'.
