Update to SpecIF schema v1.1 #3

Some SpecIF entities have been renamed for alignment with the Dublin Core Metadata Initiative (SpecIF schema v0.10.0 and later).

objectType --> resourceType
relationType --> statementType
object --> resource
relation --> statement.
Update the plugIn to process the entities with the new names. Since there is no productive data based on earlier schemata, there is no need to support them.

Meanwhile, SpecIF v0.10.8 has been proposed. Some further features are provided and the schema has been simplified a bit. So update the solution to support SpecIF up until 0.10.8.

... some more changes with v1.0, e.g. 'fractionDigits' and 'minInclude'/'maxInclude'.

No need to support any versions below v1.0

By now, SpecIF v1.1 has been released, so it shall be supported.
