See XML Schema Part 2: Datatypes Second Edition, for example XSD:Boolean instead of xs:boolean.

According to w3schools we did it correctly. However the original attributes are

fractionDigits
maxInclusive
minInclusive

rather than accuracy, min and max, which are used with ReqIF.

According to Wikipedia, the datatypes are designated, as we did. However, the restrictions are named differently; we should use the original terms as stated in the previous comment.
