Fixing resolution issue in my Dell monitor #1

Hi all! I have some issues connecting my Apple MacBook to a Dell Ultrasharp U2724D monitor. Native resolution of 2560x1440 gives small and rather unreadable fonts. Changing resolution into 1920x1080, given by the Mac as the default one, makes everything bigger but blur. I also tried with Better Display (not the free version but the paid one) but cannot find a solution. Is there a tutorial or article, or better, could anyone suggest something that my can help me to fix in few steps? Thank you very much in advance.

By the way: current version on MacOS is Sonoma 14.4.1
