I had a look at your config. Are you using your radio for Channel 5 mode
control? You're defaults are all wrong.

RC5_MIN: 0
RC5_TRIM: 1500
RC5_MAX: 1700

That should be something more like

RC5_MIN: 1100
RC5_TRIM: 1500
RC5_MAX: 1900

The min set as zero is really troubling. Can you explain how you configured
your radio?

yes, i'm using my radio channel 5, to control all necessary modes.
with RC_5 all ok and not null(tested, working all buttons and modes).

configured radio:

Terminal -> Setup -> Radio
move all sticks to maximum/minimum, after that all need buttons on/off
after that - ENTER

Some of my problems were caused by failsafe behavior on 2.8.1 where the mode
could change during failsafe. In my initial RX failsafe that resulted in
stabilize with zero throttle! (not safe).
The failsafe behavior is fixed in 2.9
