Add ability to select screen for display by name #10

Allow 3rd, 4th, 5th screens to be selectable.

Using //./DISPLAY1. As reported by screens call -- add check in screen setting for xaml setting corresponding to screen. If blank or no entry or false - don't change - if an entry match select screen name to actual screen name.'
