From Google Code FAQ:
Are there any restrictions on who can use the site?
Just a couple. You'll need to be in a country where Google is able to conduct
business, and your project needs to be open source.

Open source without sources? It's very interesting :)

FYI - The source code is available in the downloads section as opposed to a 
repository(that'd be nicer i concur). Note that the construction method is not 
available, 
but following android-porting instructions it can be replicated.

That is version 0.1 code, not version 0.2
