Make function of post-process #23

Take code of src/va_am/Generate_Graphics_Comparison_LatentSpace.ipynb and convert it to a function that, given the path to params:

[x] perform all the post-processing work,
[x] save the figures and the statistic information (option/flag to print on screen or to save to file)
