where is the export to web script? #329

at the moment, we have our server at gardens.ghini.me work on a database we populated bit by bit. I'm afraid I never wrote a script for the stream d2w.

it should export:

garden name, location, size (zoom), uuid, (necessarily);
garden contact name, email, phone, (optionally);
plants (code, species, location, zoom) for all plants that
- are not marked private and
- have a geographic location
taxa (limiting to those used by the exported plants),

infopanels (audiovisual) are part of a different data stream: g2w4t.

[x] add location and zoom to institution (see also #330)
[x] add uuid to database (can be part of institution)
[ ] write script (exporting institution, species, plants (linked to species and institution))

Collection taxa, according to ghini.web, has the fields: _id, phonetic, name, family, vernacular. Maybe we could export authorship, but otherwise that's all, really.

Collection plants, only export the ones with coordinates, and where the accession is not marked private.

about coordinates: let's finally make it uniform, allowing for automatic extraction, similar to what we do with pictures, lists, and dictionaries...

now converting all the data from the various local databases to the finally defined common format, and from the online data (cuchubo and centenario), ready to be exported back to the same online database.
