promote custom notes to input fields #391

Actual behaviour

we have a totally static "one fits all" interface.

Expected behaviour

we want to remove specific fields from the view, some of which may confuse the beginner, some of which introduced for some specific needs, and we want to add some category of notes to be inserted as real fields, we don't care if they are not.

Opinions and suggestions

think of issue #200

@mfrasca, not sure, would need to see more detail.. by "specific" do you mean "dedicated purpose"? I can certainly see the need to allow flexibility for the end user.

What do you mean by "real fields"? Ditto, what do you mean by "add some category of notes"? Do you mean to add a field for category that relates to a note field?
